Wide research guide collects information from the attendees once after they complete the registration with us. This can be in the form of newsletters, conference information, journals or webcast. Refund Policy
Attendees who are unable to join the event due to conflict in their schedule or visa rejections issues can transfer their registration fees to any upcoming next year events. If you are not willing to transfer the fees then the refund will be processed as below:
With the deduction of the processing fees towards venue, printing, shipping, hotels and over heads, refund will take place as:
If a cancellation in made with more than 2 months’ time period before the event then the applicant in eligible for full refund with a deduction of $ 100.
If a cancellation is made within 59-30 days eligible for 50% of payment refund.
Before 29 days of the event applicant is not eligible for any refund.
No refund for E-Poster presentation
Accommodation Cancellation Policy (Physical Event):
Due to the Increase in the Omicron cases & travel restrictions we request all the attendees to apply visa as early as possible.
Event organizers won’t contact embassy directly. Applicants should apply for the business visa only.
In case of visa rejections won’t come under the cancellation policy of Wide Research Guide. Invitation letters is just a supporting documentation.
Participants need to take care of their visa applications and contact themselves with the embassy for the visa processing. They should contact their nearest embassy for the visa processing along with all the supporting documents required for getting the visa.
Sharing of Information: Wide research guide doesn’t sell your information to the third parties. Information can only be shared upon your approval to the Exhibitors & Sponsors.
Promotional Communications: In this once you receive the promotional communication from us you will indicate a preference from us to prevent receiving further communication from us.
Sensitive Personal Information: Wide Research Guide doesn’t collect any sensitive information like credit card information from any attendees registering for the event or any Social Security Number.
Transfer of Data: Wide Research Guide takes all the steps to ensure that privacy policy and no data transfer will take place to a Organization or Country.
Links to Other Sites: Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
Authorization Policy: Photography & Videographer may be possible during the conference purpose by our photography and will be updated in the conference website and social networking sites for promotional networking. Attendees who does not their photography should inform prior via email or call.
Data Protection: With the submission of the registration information, Wide Research Guide can contact the delegates to provide them the services. Attendees who doesn’t wish to receive such information need to inform prior via email.
The contact information of the registered attendees will be placed to the attendees list which can be shared to the sponsoring companies for conference purpose of networking. Attendees need to inform prior if they don’t want this information to be shared with the sponsors & exhibitors of the conference.
